Please read these terms and conditions carefully before opening an account or using any service on the vd33 platform. By using the platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
vd33 is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "we", "our", or "platform" refers to vd33, and "you" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.
"Services" means all online gaming, betting, bonuses, promotions, and support activities provided by vd33. "Account" means a user's registered personal account through which they access the platform's services.

Important: Creating or using an account by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Any such account identified will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
When registering an account on vd33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.
3.1 Required Information
The following information is mandatory at the time of registration:
- Full legal name (as shown on national identity card)
- Active mobile number
- Valid email address (if applicable)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
3.2 Identity Verification
vd33 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. vd33 always protects the confidentiality of user information.
3.3 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the vd33 support team immediately.
vd33 processes transactions through the most widely used mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
vd33 currently supports the following payment methods:

- Nagad — Mobile Banking
- Rocket — Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. No deposits below this amount are accepted. The maximum deposit limit is determined based on the account's verification level and security assessment.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, verification or security-related reasons may cause this to take longer. vd33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.
Withdrawals are always returned via the same method used for the deposit. All transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering or fraud.
vd33 offers various bonuses and promotions for registered users. Specific terms apply to all bonuses.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳31,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus may only be used on one account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- If multiple accounts are used or any irregular activity is detected before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.
- vd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Separate terms and conditions apply to the VIP program and other promotional offers.
vd33's VIP program has five tiers, offering weekly cashback based on regular play:
- Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Users can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. vd33 reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of VIP tiers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd33 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
- Opening an account or providing information under a false identity.
- Placing bets using another person's funds or using a third-party account.
- Playing games using any software, bot, automation tool, or artificial technique.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities with the intent to unfairly obtain bonus benefits.
- Any attempt to damage the platform's software or servers.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Fraudulent or harassing behaviour toward other users.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension or cancellation, and the associated funds may be forfeited.
All games and betting markets available on vd33 are operated fairly and transparently. Each game provider's own rules apply. vd33 reserves the right to void any incorrect results caused by a technical error.
For sports betting, the outcome of a bet is determined based on the official result of the relevant match. If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision regarding that bet will be made in accordance with vd33's policy.
vd33 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- Suspicion of security breaches or fraud.
- A voluntary account closure request by the user.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any verified and valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

vd33 never sells your personal information to third parties. Limited information may be shared when required by law or for the purpose of investigating fraud.

These terms and conditions, together with vd33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and vd33. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this document.
If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining terms will continue to be fully effective.
